Ordering and Delivery
Bowral Boxers uses Australia Post to deliver orders.Orders will be dispatched within 10 days of receipt - if a garment is not avilable we will advise you immediately.
Delivery Terms
Bowral Boxers is not responsible for the item delivery. Bowral Boxers uses Australia Post. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Bowral Boxers.
Online Payment Methods
Bowral Boxers accepts payment by credit card as well as money orders or cheques.
Refunds and Returns
Bowral Boxers does not accept responsibility for an item once it has left our premises, however, if an item arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Bowral Boxers will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case basis.
Item Exchange
If you wish to exchange a garment, please return it to us unwashed and unworn within ten days of purchase. Please also let us know so we can expect your parcel and offer you assistance.
